Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. PRICING

Spotto offers quizzes for those users who subscribe to the Spotto app. Spotto' subscription starts with a 3 day trial period, which is priced at Rs. 9, pursuant to which users are charged a subscription fee of Rs. 199 per month.

The app is currently only available in India (excluding Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim and Telangana).

2. AUTOPAY

Spotto uses autopay facilitated by the National Payments Corporation of India ("NPCI"). As such Spotto is fully in compliance with the rules and regulations of NPCI, and acts in accordance with the same.

Subscriptions renew at the end of each month automatically. The user may cancel autopay at anytime directly through the hamburger menu of the app, or alternatively using the same UPI service via which the user had subscribed to Spotto.

To ensure non-disruption of services, the renewal may happen 72 hours before the auto renewal date. However, this will not impact the user from playing for the full subscription period.

If subscription is not auto renewed for any reason, excluding cancellation, Spotto may attempt renewal for another 10 days. If the same does not happen, the subscription will be marked as inactive.

Cancellation will not impact access to services during the subscription period.

3. REFUND POLICY

Spotto does not offer a refund policy for its subscription services. Instead it allows for a trial period of 3 days at only Rs. 9, which too maybe cancelled anytime directly through the hamburger menu of the app, or alternatively using the same UPI service via which the user had subscribed to Spotto.

4. TAXES AND THE LAW

Spotto is fully in compliance with the laws of India, including the Good and Services Tax Act, 2017. The subscription charges are inclusive of goods and services tax.

The refund and cancellation policies are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of this policy.
